When preparing to travel to the conference in West Yellowstone, Montana, you have three options for commercial destination airports:
- Yellowstone Airport Montana- (WYS)
- Idaho Falls, Idaho Airport- Fanning field (IDA)
- Bozeman, Montana Airport- Gallatin Field (BZN)
If flying into West Yellowstone, Holiday Inn Conference Hotel offers complimentary airport shuttle with advanced notice.
It is a two-hour car drive from Idaho Falls or Bozeman airports to West Yellowstone. Attendees and presenters arriving at the Idaho Falls, Idaho airport have the option of taking a host provided shuttle to the conference, renting their own car to drive, or taking a Salt Lake Express shuttle to the destination. Shuttle information and local car rental agency information are provided below.
Those planning to arrive at the Bozeman, Montana Airport will need to arrange their own transportation to the Conference destination. Information about local car rental agencies and the Karst Stage shuttle service is provided below.
Shuttle Information
Shuttles will be available between the Idaho Falls Airport and West Yellowstone. Shuttles starting at Idaho Falls Airport will pick up passengers outside baggage claim and will drop them off at the Holiday Inn Conference Hotel in West Yellowstone. The route will take passengers through scenic areas of the greater Yellowstone ecosystem.

West Yellowstone Park Tour Information
On Saturday, October 7 there will be a host provided Yellowstone Park Guided Tour* (approximately 8 hours), including stops at major attractions and a lunch break at Old Faithful. Price for the tour is $50 and includes breakfast, Yellowstone Park entrance fee, and full day van transportation. BYU-Idaho students will drive the vans and serve as tour guides. Lunch is not provided but can be purchased at the Old Faithful Lodge.
