Asia Reopened: Reconsidering the Past and Present
The Western Conference of the Association for Asian Studies (WCAAS) 2003 in-person conference will be held on October 5-6, 2023, in West Yellowstone, Montana, the West Entrance and gateway community to Yellowstone National Park. We invite scholars and students from the intermountain west, Mexico, and beyond to join us in sharing and discussing your research about Asia. This year’s conference is being co-hosted by the University of Montana and Brigham Young University–Idaho.

- Registration before September 15th will include the following group meals:
- Thursday, October 5 light breakfast
- Friday, October 6 full breakfast
- Friday, October 6 lunch
* Registration after September 16th will not include meals.
